This blog is I guess a continuation of our travel blog.... why I am not sure? as right now it is difficult to believe that life could ever be that exciting again!
So for now. We have settled in Manly, Sydney and are enjoying our new flat. It is quite the novelty to actually have a little piece of space to call your own again having lived in hotel rooms for the last 12 months. To have a kitchen again! Call me a sado but I really am enjoying cooking and cleaning! I have even taken to baking!!! Choc chip cookies and anzac biscuits!
So here I enclose a few pictures of our humble abode. We are gradually making it home. Our stuff from the UK wont arrive until late October so it is just the basics for now. Thanks to my Aunty Jenny and Narelle and Matt for putting us up while we got on our feet and also for lending us some essential items until our boxes arrive! You would be amazed what you can do with 1 frying pan and 1 saucepan! All in all we are loving it!
